Design compliance-ready interfaces by embedding your official institutional identity and logos across all participant-facing portals.
The Institution Branding module allows research coordinators to standardize the visual presentation of their clinical trials. By injecting your hospital or university's official name and logo into the Assessment Station, you reinforce clinical authority, elevate user trust, and satisfy standard Institutional Review Board (IRB) visibility requirements.
The Central Branding Suite is restricted to Institutional Administrator accounts or users with an active Premium expansion pack. Free-tier personal accounts cannot establish a central branding profile.
Heavy image uploads are automatically intercepted by our HTML5 Canvas Compressor. Logos are mathematically down-sampled to under 10 KB before transmission to preserve lightning-fast mobile loading times.
Changing an institution's visual identity requires a strict re-authentication checkpoint. Your account password must be re-entered to commit branding changes to the database.
Establishing your central brand profile only takes a few seconds and will automatically apply to any new deployments that have the "Custom Branding" module toggled on.
If you choose not to establish a Central Branding Profile here, you can still apply temporary, one-off text and image URLs manually inside the Deployment Combiner on a per-trial basis using the "Temporary Brand Override" fields.
Understand the security checkpoints and storage sanitation protocols running behind the scenes.
Because the institutional brand is participant-facing and establishes clinical trust, unauthorized tampering is a severe compliance risk. When you click save, the system executes a reauthenticateWithCredential payload.
If you step away from your computer and someone attempts to maliciously change your hospital's name to something else, the platform will completely reject the transaction unless they can provide your current login password.
To respect your digital storage quotas, the platform only permits one active logo allocation per workspace at a time.
